1) Allowing all products that were on the market prior to its introduction to continue to be sold at current dosage levels (with the addition of the FSA / industry voluntary statements where applicable).
2) Ensuring that any new products brought to market are allowed the same freedom in respect of dosage levels.
3) Automatically adding any ingredient used in a product on sale before the introduction of the FSD to the Positive Lists, to allow their continued usage past December 2009.
By taking these steps, he will remove the uncertainty that has dogged the food supplement industry for the last several years and restore to consumers their right to choose the products they wish.
