More details from petition creator

The United Kingdom doesn't currently have a written constitution but it is accepted by Parliament and the Crown that the laws of the UK provide us with a constitution.

We petition the PM to call for a written constitution of the UK whereby Parliament would know exactly what to do under which circumstances and things such as referenda are not left at the discrection of Downing Street.
