In light of recent investigation, in the region of 150 people are guaranteed to be killed on U.K roads, if this change is implemented. Car Insurance will increase, as cars are no longer safer on the roads. The loss to the economy will run into hundreds of millions of pounds. 38% of MOT Stations, Motor Factors will go into recievership.
