In Europe and further afield (i.e Japan) it has long been remarked upon, that they employ 'nap breaks' as part of their daily work routine, to enhance efficiency and diligence in the workplace. Alas, no contingency has been implemented in the united kingdom... hopefully we can learn from our international cousins. (and introduce it to schools too)
