One thing they have been overlooking for the past 30 years if the fact that disabled people have found the pleasure of having the wind blowing in their whilst riding their favourite 2/3 wheeled vehicle. There in fact hundreds possibly more like thousands of people who ride a motorcycle with a disability and the majority of them do not has the same opportunity to choose between a car or a bike when using their incapacity benefit to help pay for the HP of the bike. Why.?
