More details from petition creator

Currently there are plans afoot to use certain targetted advertising that will scan all content going through a persons internet connection. This content comes from copywrited websites and sources that the ISP does not own and has no right to use to create income for themselves.

This either needs to be stopped, or these ISPs need to pay a fee to every website owner whos terms and conditions are breached by their data mining.
