Russia routinely manipulates the weather to ensure important events, such as, public holidays are rain free. China, famously manipulated the weather to ensure another important event, the Olympic opening ceremony, was rain free. I hereby call on Gordon Brown to manipulate the weather, thus ensuring important British events, such as summer, are rain free.
