More details from petition creator

It isn’t possible for teachers to effectively teach in a classroom constantly disrupted by children who are aware that no authority figure will touch them or attempt to control them for fear of being assaulted or ending up in court with their careers put on hold or in shreds. All children are aware of this fear and, rightly so, despise parents, teachers, our boys in blue and society at large for not having put an end to this sorry state of self-inflicted humiliation.
