The advisory council on the misuse of drugs has recommended that Cannabis remain a class C drug, yet the Home Secretary has announced she intends to reclassify to class B.
If the advice of experts isn't to be heeded then the existence of the council is misleading the public into believing that drug policy is dictated by science rather than fear, uncertainty and doubt.
