The misuse of blasphemy laws is becoming increasingly common in some countries. The penalties are frequently harsh and even if acquitted, the accused will often face persecution and death threats. This petition calls on the Prime Minister to offer asylum and sanctuary to all those accused of blasphemy in their home countries.
