If this petition site is an exercise in democracy, rather than just a way for the government to collect people's email addresses in order to tell them that government policy is right, then every time the Prime Minister sends a message in response to a petition, the person who created that petition should be able to send a message to the petition signatories in response to the Prime Minister. It's only fair.
