More details from petition creator

Any given jail/prison sentence should be a MINIMUM TERM

It is important that ANYONE CONVICTED OF A CRIME SHOULD SIT THEIR SENTENCE OUT TO THE LAST DAY.

Example: A citizen sentenced to 30 days in prison/jail should be let out after 30 days of good behaviour OR LONGER if the behaviour was not considered 'good'.
