On protecting Child killers/abusers, with new identities, new life and 24/7 police protection. Give people the choice on weather they want to pay for this, with there hard earned money. This could potentialy be putting our children at risk not knowing who these people are! And the money could go to helping survivors of abuse and helping all in the recession!
