With the introduction of SPECS and an increased number of GATSO units on motorways, dual carriage ways and rural roads the chances of getting caught when only a few MPH over the speed limit are stupidly high.
Speed cameras should be placed for safety, and not to catch someone doing 85 MPH on an empty motorway.
