Prime Minister's Office

More details from petition creator

The Government has said we cannot keep the local government system we have.

They have ordered our Norfolk Councils to reorganise themselves on unitary lines - a reorganisation councils do not want.

Council Taxpayers will see money wasted on political wrangling over the future of Local Government in Norfolk instead of that money being spent on improved social care, schools and transport.

And the Government does not plan to give you a say.

If you disagree with the Government's plans for Norfolk please sign this petition to keep the current “status quo” District/Borough and County Council system of Local Government in Norfolk.
