Motorised bicycles that are restricted to 15mph, 200w (1/4hp) and weigh 29kg, conform to the same regulations as electric bikes. Therefore we demand that petrol power assisted bicycles be treated fairly and equally, by allowing them to be exempted for Registration, Tax, and Insurance.
