too much is happening at the moment, terrorists, gang killings, general lawlessness in society, its time to take back the streets. martial law should be imposed on society for 2=between 2 weeks and a month, order needs to be re-established. If martial law was in place, many of the killings that take place would not happen, there would be much less vandalism. Only if you are an offender do you need to worry about martial law.
