More details from petition creator

I'm a mum to 4 children one of whom suffers with ptsd, depression, panick and anxiety attacks. Over the easter period i was faced with a suicide note from my 13yr old son. As it was not in ofice hours and the school holidays there is no 'out of hours help'. I'm asking everyone to sign my petition please so that every single child/young person in England and Wales, with any mental health condition, has help at hand 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Our children NEED and DESERVE good mental health care. Support needs to be offered at the time they need it, in the same way health care is provided for pysical care. Good mental health provisions saves lifes, to many of which have been taken as they feel this is the only way out, to end their pain and suffering.
