The majority of private housing landlords refuse to accept housing benefit from tenants or prospective tenants. This can cause many low income families who are not able to access social housing great Problems in finding accommodation and even force them to live bad conditions and in poverty. Many of these families are eligible for Housing benefit but quite often private landlords refuse to accept it.

Help the families who are in this situation by making it a illegal to refuse housing benefits when people are entitled to them
