In most political discussion on the topic of "terrorism" it is common for non-religious euphemisms to be used. Common examples include the uses of "Loyalist" and "Unionist" in Northen Ireland instead of "Protestant" and "Catholic". I believe that the present government should recognise religious fascism for what it is, instead of using non-faith euphemisms to avoid causing "offense".
