Many thousands are already doing it , but they have to park on grass verges, hotel car parks,outside private residences, or "chance it" where ever they can. If there were safe,secure areas that we could use,many thousands of vehicals could be taken off the roads every day.Even a small fee would be acceptable, as long as it wasn't the rip off fees motorway services charge.
How hard can it be? A bit of land for a 100 cars or so at every junction, or every other?
