lets everyone sign this, the licence should be scrapped because when the digital tv takes over we have to find money to replace that, this is very unfair to anyone on low income, familes, elderly do i need to go on, we as the public need to say no and fight for no more poverty because this is want will happen to those less unfortunate, why should we pay the bbc and every other station pays for it self, the bbc is rubbish anyway and if we all switch to another channel then maybe this might stop them from making Britian a poverty country!!
