I Stuart Gerrard would like the above towns to be given the right to govern for themselves. These three town boast many fine traditions that are being swallowed whole by Wigan council. I feel these towns have the infrastructure and the willingness to look after their own interest's and development. Atherton is being torn in two and its wrong this i feel will be the best soloution.
