Thompsons Solicitors is calling for support for its campaign to make the level of bereavement damages in England and Wales the same as in Scotland.
Bereaved families in Scotland can receive thousands of pounds more in bereavement damages than in England and Wales.
The level of awards in England and Wales should be increased to reflect the true suffering caused when a loved one dies of mesothelioma and it wants the level of compensation to be the same for families across the UK.
