To support and improve families the Bill to be scapped.
Power to be given back to the family law courts and away from the CSA.
If you did that, then you would be promoting family life and happier society. If you chase nrps for load of money all you will get will be lots of unhappy people and disenfranchised absent from their children nomadic men. In the first instance it should be up to families to sort their own issues out, if not then the court, not government promoting family breakdown.
