More details from petition creator

It is Unlawful for any judge to preside over any issue that is being prosecuted by his or her brother’s law firm. In light of wholesale failures and ineffectiveness of existing institutions monitory and supervisory, (like the Law Society, Criminal Cases Review Commission, Lord Chancellor's Department, the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office, Local MPs, etc, in name of a few.) to act judiciously without fear or favor on overwhelming evidence of Judicial Improprieties resulting in Unlawful Imprisonments contravening Articles 1, 6, 6(3)(c), 7(1)(b), 13 & 50 ECHR and HRA 1998 respectfully. As a consequence of both national and international obligations to respect Human Rights and the Rule of Law, the Chair (Mr. Caul Silford Grant) and Secretary (Mr. Ahmed Balogun) of Campaign for Truth & Justice hereby this day commend in petition of the general public for the Prime Minister’s urgent attention.
