Proposals have been submitted to build a Road-Rail Freight Interchange Depot on 265 acres of Green Belt land between the A227 and A20 in Kent. It is close to the rural villages of Wrotham, Borough Green and St Mary Platt. This is a misguided attempt to carpet beautiful countryside with an urban sprawl.
