Cancel ID Cards immediately. Govt to promote/accept range of secure forms of ID, eg banks, computer certificates, notarised signatures, and other existing legal forms. Identity and authentication will be the economic boom of early 21st century.

Reevaluate UN Single Convention and employ harm-based approach to reducing use, such as "British Method". Licence controlled sales to adults (possibly with doctors' certificate for addiction) from authorised premises like alcohol/tobacco/methadone, avoid crimes of prohibition. Win £16Bn.

Repeal IR35 and S660 which tax small business into the ground. Widen tax definition of employment to provide well-paid and flexible computer workforce. Kickstart regrowth in Britain's small IT business so we can compete with outsourcing.

Transport tax to be ringfenced for public transport improvements. Reverse 2007 franchise cutbacks. Invest in rolling stock for longer/ more frequent trains, reopen lines/stations to promote essential UK economic mobility.
