Despite our council tax been increased to fund extra Police in Nottinghamshire, you can still not get a police response to most offences. Nott`s Police was rated joint second from the bottom of the tables for performance. Nottingham its self has the largest gun crime in the UK and Police are drafted to Nottingham City to help at the expense of the rest of the county. A public inquiry should look at were the extra money has been spent, and why areas like Worksop at the far North of Nott`s has only 3 officers on some shifts to deal with 40,000 people.
