We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Abolish Road Fund Licence for Motorcycles, Scooters, Mopeds, tricycles and Motor cars under 1000cc, to activley promote thier use to help bring about a reduction in carbon emissions, and wear and tear on the road infrastructure. More details

This measure will also mean that increased use of these vehicles will reduce congestion and enable more of them to be parked in a smaller space.. E.G. 5 x Motorcycles in the space of one 4x4!
