With congestion charging, overcrowding on the public transport, increased public transport fares, reduced services on public transport and the reduced environmental impact of the motorcycle, it is unfair to charge for motorcycle parking anywhere in London. It is just a money making scheme and nothing to do with a lack of sufficient bike parking.
