More details from petition creator

Schools aren't recycling enough, yet schools are one of the major wasters and contributors to landfills. Instead of focusing on households why doesn't the government fund schools, and make it compulsory, for schools to recycle- this will also increase long-term recycling rates through education and habit. Vote for extra funding, support and regulation for schools to "get green"
