The domestic generation of electricity can contribute significantly to the 2020 target of 20% renewable energy in the UK.
Within the March 2008 budget the Govt stated "The Government will also consult on the most appropriate support mechanism for microgeneration at individual and community level, including the option of a feed-in tariff." We have now reached October 2008 and no word on this.
