I have asked several times that the rules of male primogeniture be eliminated with regards to the succession to my Scots titles (Earl of Stirling/etc.) by the granting of a Resettlement-by-Letters Patent to myself and "my heirs general in birth rank order of the Name and Arms of Alexander". There is no reason in the 21st Century why my sister should be barred from succession due to her gender.
