More details from petition creator

Videos of Gordon Brown uploaded to YouTube by 10 Downing Street all have comments disabled. Surely the whole point of using YouTube is to get young people involved in politics? Enabling comments would be much more democratic and would allow the public immediately to react to proposals made through this New Medium.
