clarification is required to ascertain if Microsoft was to blame for volunteering the exclusion of Internet Explorer 8 rather than being or being instructed todo so by the EEC with respect to the forthcoming release of Microsoft Windows 7 within the EU. To further clarify, the significance of banning computer operating systems from not having intergrated internet browsers would certainly disrupt ongoing competition from developing competetive products. Further more it is required to clarify if Microsoft manipulated EU Law only to secure their own percentage!.
