People who are blind or have severe sight loss are considerably disadvantaged where independent mobility is concerned. Anybody with sight loss know this fact. The Government cannot, in all sincerity, provide the higher rate for people who can drive cars and move independently while denying blind people. Please support this petition as it is ridiculous that this situation exists.
