A petition to stop cold calling, which in the past would have been classified as nuisance telephone calls. The Telephone preference service only stops some of these calls and we feel that all these calls should be outlawed. Calls of this type are at best intrusive and invade privacy. We would also hope that the call with just a pre-recorded message would also be outlawed.
