Cheryl Moss was murdered on 6 April 2006, whilst the act itself was random the circumstances were not, rules were put in place January 06 to stop staff smoking outside the building, forcing them off the grounds where they are all at risk of assault or worse, staff need a safe and secure place to go for a cigarette break whilst obviously still protecting others from the effects of second hand smoke, a room in the premises is all that is needed, lets act now before others are hurt or worse.
