We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to introduce legislation that will empower all local authorities to Ban the playing of ball games in residential areas. An improvement in this law would enable homeowners to ask police to move offenders away from housing. Introduction of legislation could enforce an on the spot fine for offenders.
