Apparently they DON'T EXIST ? Producing Portable Foldable Balistic Proof Stand alone Screens (think beach wind shields as opposed to hand held shields , vests or blankets)) should be carried in military vehicles and could help in saving many lives in: battlefield medical treatment, civilian evacuation from buildings, temporary road checkpoint protection from snipers, temporary alamo screens for units awaiting vehicle extraction, medical tent fabric, road blocks, cover in flat featureless terrain where position is not disguisable (deliverable by air).
