To carry out a feasibility study with a view to removing the stepped changes in level leading to the main entrance at 10 Downing Street. This to allow visitors an equal access experience, to remove the symbolic barrier to Government and give out a clear message that the Prime Minister believes that disabled people have a place in polictics.
