More details from petition creator

It is required that government make it Statutory, that the Youth Justice Board, Youth Offending Teams, Probation and Prison Services and that of other bodies/organisations involved in the Criminal Justice System use the appropriate Mental Health screening tools and that those who have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. (ADHD) or an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is registered so that such figures are obtained in which to provide evidence on numbers of this group coming through the Criminal Justice System. That timely treatment, interventions and education are implemented for those with ADHD/ASD who for whatever reason enter our criminal justice system and provided the appropriate support to that of their needs upon release from any penal establishment.
