*Prevent the disclosure of mobile numbers through 118800 unless permission is explicitly given in advance* The current system assumes that you want your or your childrens' mobile details to be available to the whole world, searchable by anyone, unless you manage to opt out which is at least a four week process and carries no guarantees that your details are removed.
